If you are on this page, you are invited to participate in the Virtual Paleoart Group Exhibition.
This page is divided into several sections.
The first section provides all information about the event and requirements for the artwork to be included.
The second section is an Agreement Form that you use to officially register yourself for the exhibition. This form includes several important information regarding the presentation of artwork, the usage of data and the consent of publication. You need to fill and send the data to be considered as a participant.
The last section concerns the scheduling of a potential opening event.
Important dates and information
Filling the Agreement Form
Please fill out the Agreement Form until May 3rd to participate in the next online exhibition. You can find the form below from April 1st .
Sending artwork
All artwork should be uploaded by May 3rd 2025. You will get a link to a web page to upload them accordingly. Alternatively, you are welcome to send them all in one e-mail with the additional information to exhibit@extinctfineart.com. You can do this at the bottom of this site after the agreement form.
Please send a title and measurements in inch or cm for every piece. The size will be used to render the data correctly.
Additionally, you can provide the following information:
- Year of creation
- Circulation or Edition (in case of available prints)
- Price (for print or original) – if you provide both, I will put information about the original piece into an additional description
The maximum amount of pieces is limited to 5. If you send fairly big pieces, up to 3 is a good amount. If they are rather small, you can send up to 7. In case of a bigger collection, please get in contact with me and we find a good solution 🙂
Duration of the exhibition
The next exhibition may start on May 16. The day is not fixed yet.
The Virtual Gallery will be public at any time. Teh artwork is visible in three virtual rooms. Every 8 to 10 weeks, the artwork of one room will be exchanged. After all rooms have been through this procedure, every artist has an exhibition duration of these 8 to 10 weeks.
Artists can participate multiple times. However, they can/should not showcase the same artwork twice. Also, at least one exchange period must lie between the last and next exhibition of a particular artist.
Opening event
As multiple artists, who might not know each other, will participate, an opening event is a great opportunity to know each other and exchange about art, latest impressions and inspirations, and upcoming events.
At this moment, it is planned to have an opening event (vernissage) at the beginning of every exchange of artwork. This event is meant as a “show and tell”, during which artists are free to participate in a conversation about their style, motivation, and inspiration.
